Can I get a Refund or Credit

Some products are NOT eligible for refunds such as domain names, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, licenses for Software / Control Panels and other items that areĀ  either upfront costs or can't be refunded (licenses / domains).
Products such as Shared, Reseller, VPS are eligible for a pro-rated refund minus and paid for licenses or software. Dedicated servers once the current bill cycle starts cannot be refunded however in the case where multiple months or a year was pre-paid upfront a pro-rated refund based on the monthly price of the server will be given based on the months left (no including the current month cycle).
