We will use our best efforts to resolve any issues that you experience. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve every issue. If we are unable to resolve an issue, we will work with you to find a solution that is satisfactory to both of us.

We offer 24/7 support for all Exchange Server issues. Our support team will respond to your support requests within 2 hours during business hours (Monday-Friday, 24/7) and within 4 hours during weekends(24/7). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Level of Support

Business hours (Monday to Friday:24/7): Our support team will respond to your support requests within 2 hours.
Weekends (Saturday and Sunday:24/7): Our support team will respond to your support requests within 4 hours.

Payment Terms

The payment terms for our support plans are as follows:

  • Pay Per Incident: You will be charged a flat fee of $200 for each support incident. A support incident is a problem that cannot be broken down into subordinate problems. If a problem can be broken down into subordinate problems, each subordinate problem will be considered a separate incident.
  • Reactive: You will be charged a monthly fee of $250 per server. This fee covers unlimited support incidents during the month.
  • Fully Managed: You will be charged a monthly fee of $300 per server. This fee covers unlimited support incidents during the month, as well as 24/7 monitoring and maintenance.
